{G}lobal {H}ealth e{X}change aims to be the Amex for enterprise hospitals, handling over $2B transactions each year. It partnered up with Method Inc. to embark on an ambitious, multi-year plan to transform its digital platform.
As the design lead, I led the discovery, definition, execution & validation of the next-generation invoice-platform, for better efficiency & customer satisfaction, but also to define a clear roadmap, align cross-functional stakeholders and to enable a more ambitious enterprise sales strategy.

Adding AI is easy, passing the field test is hard. OCR is unreliable even for frontier LLM models. When we anticipate the unreliability and optimize for validation and human-in-the-loop, we can best leverage what technology can offer without surprises or false-promises.
