GHX aims to be the Amex for enterprise hospitals, but its manual, email-based invoice processing took 70+ days to process with a 8%+ error rate, resulting in 5 million in lost rebates for hospitals on average.


GHX’s disconnected product suites also made it costly and inefficient to build client-facing data applications.


As lead product designer, I led discovery, stakeholder alignment, and MVP validation for a unified invoice platform that addressed both problems and set the foundation for future growth.
